Manufacturing large-capacity lifting slings requires not only high-quality materials but also extensive production experience and strict quality control. We are pleased to share that Nanjing D.L.T Sling Co., Ltd. has recently completed the production of an 800-ton, 100-meter endless round sling, which has now entered the final inspection stage before delivery to our customer.

Unlike standard lifting slings, this project required a combination of extremely high lifting capacity and an extra-long working length.
The customer's lifting operation involved handling oversized structures, making both the load capacity and sling length critical factors. Throughout the design and manufacturing process, our engineering team worked closely with the customer to confirm technical specifications and production requirements before manufacturing began.

The sling was manufactured using high-strength polyester yarn and assembled by experienced technicians. Throughout production, attention was paid to maintaining consistent tension, accurate dimensions, and uniform construction across the full 100-meter length.
After assembly, the protective outer sleeve was carefully fitted to ensure the internal load-bearing yarn remained fully protected during handling and lifting operations.
